Youtubers Extraordinaire!!!

Youtube typically promotes tubers who have high view counts.It’s time to look at some of the lesser known channels.These channels post some amazing videos well worth your time.Swelters is just one of those channels.His video “1964;The Atom and the Elephant” provides insights  into how Asia has developed,for good and bad over the past 50 years.As viewed by an American having lived and worked there.(See video below). He’s my pick for Youtuber’s Extraordinaire!

China’s Ghost Cities – Not quiet all it would seem!

Having visited Foshan, Guangzhou in September 2011 and having lived with my associates while visiting my take on this video is a little different.This video misses on a few points.A few empty cities mean nothing at this stage of the game.China has money to burn.

• They have vast mineral deposits not to mention buying gold like there was no tomorrow.
  

• In 2008 China launched a massive economic stimulus package of 4 trillion yuan ($629 billion US ) . How effective will China’s four trillion yuan stimulus package be?

• China will be moving manufacturing to the middle of the country to cut down on pollution in existing manufacturing areas.Thus creating more jobs in the interior of the country and the start of a middle class in the interior.

• There is rent control in China.My friend / associate pays only $300 a month in Foshan for a three bed room apartment with two gigantic balcony’s.
  

• Apartment Rentals are by the month.Or you can opt to save money by renting by the year.

China is coming on like a gang buster! It is an amazing thing to witness first hand.
